ICB Library, operating under the Planning & Research Department of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh, serves as a knowledge hub for officers and staff across all levels. The library houses a growing collection of books, journals, reports, newspapers, and official publications to support informed decision-making, research, and professional development.
The ICB Library maintains a diverse and steadily expanding collection of information resources to support research, policy development, and professional enrichment within the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh. At present, the library holds approximately 5,000 items, encompassing:
Books on investment, finance, economics, banking, business strategy, management, and public policy
Annual reports of ICB, Subsidiary Companies, ICB Mutual Funds along with listed and non-listed companies, as well as those published by regulatory and financial institutions
Magazines and periodicals on business trends, capital markets, and economic outlooks
Daily newspapers for current affairs, policy updates, and financial news
ICB’s own publications e.g. ICB Porikroma, Monthly Business Insider, research papers, circulars, and archival documents relevant to the corporation’s history and operations
Membership of the ICB Library is open to all officers and employees of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh. Eligible personnel may register by submitting a completed membership form to the library desk.
Upon approval, members are entitled to access the library’s full range of resources, including borrowing privileges, on-site reading facilities, and research assistance.
